Fisker Announces their first plug-in hybrid luxury car
October 29, 2007
Fisker Automotive announced the release of their first of many environmental friendly premium car, at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show, that will take place in January. They anticipate to produce about 15,000 cars annually and the price will start a bit under $100,000.
The car is still in development and we know for sure it will feature a cutting edge plug-in technology, named Quantum Drive. The hybrid technology is developed by Quantum Technologies and it will be exclusively used by Fisker Automotive, allowing them to design great hybrid luxury cars in the future.
Henri Fisker has created a lot of well-known luxury cars, as the Aston Martin DB9, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, BMW Z8, Tramonto and Latigo CS.
The company is planning to protect the environment, their cars having less impact on global warning and also serve well the driver and passengers, offering them space, speed and confort, or in one word, luxury.
